Josephine joined the firm in July 2002 as Executive Assistant to CEO, Harry Perler, with over a decade of experience in business administration. Her combined education and previous experience provides the executive office with a reinforced level of excellence and efficiency within Perler Financial Group.
Josephine’s eye for detail and resourcefulness in problems resolution contributes greatly to the performance of the group. Her fresh approach to customer service and innovative ideas create a pleasant environment for both the client and firm professionally and personally.
Josephine was born and raised in Malaysia and schooled in England. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Toronto. Josephine immigrated to Canada in the 1980’s and now resides in Delta BC.

Anita Perler, co-founder of Perler Financial Group, brings forth a business education from Capilano University & BCIT, and has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial industry.
Anita has successfully completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course (CIFC), the Branch Manger’s Examination Course (BM), FLMI Level One Certificate, Certificate in Regulatory Compliance Essentials (LOMA), in addition to several other industry related courses. Anita continues to broaden her knowledge in the financial industry and business through ongoing education.
Her role as Chief Operations Officer involves corporate relations and coordination of the overall operations of the firm. In particular, her leadership, organization and communication skills, coupled with her precision to detail contribute to the efficiency of the day to day operations for Perler Financial Group.
Anita is also responsible for the management of client services and special events Perler Financial Group hosts. Anita has coordinated and chaired special events for nearly 30 years, so you can be assured that should you attend a Perler Financial Group client event, you are in for a treat!
On a personal note, Anita feels fortunate to work alongside of her husband, Harry, for the last quarter of a century in a business that feels more like a fulfilling life style rather than a career. Together they have two daughters; both in pursuit of careers in the medical field.
Anita holds community involvement in extreme importance. From her early days as the Vice President of her business club at university, through her years as a volunteer in community events and non-profit community groups, Anita’s love for service continuously grows. Her latest endeavors involve chairing the Ridge Meadows Hospital Gala, the Meadowridge School Gala, the Meadowridge School Golf Tournament, co-chairing the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation’s charity golf tournament ‘Drive FORE Babies,’ and taking on the role as the President of the 2009 BC Disability Games. Anita continues to make service a major part of her life as she is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation.
In 2009 Anita was awarded the President’s Award from BC Sport in recognition of the leadership, commitment and dedication she demonstrated in her performance as the President of the 2009 BC Disability Games. That same year she was also nominated as Business Person of the year for the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Chamber of Commerce: Business Excellence Awards.
Laura joined Perler Financial Group in late 2009. She holds two designations: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Financial Management Advisor (FMA).
Before Perler Financial, she worked in the banking industry since 1991 and has been helping people with their financial planning since 2002.
Harry has known Laura since 1994 when she and her husband had owned a family restaurant in Coquitlam. Laura knows and understands the importance of excellent work ethics, great communication, client appreciation, and industry knowledge.
Laura believes in building long-term relationships with clients and works with them to help achieve their goals by developing long-term strategies. Her friendly demeanour, combined with her education and professional experience, make Laura an incredible asset to the team.
Laura assists Harry with the comprehensive financial plans for clients. Her skills in number crunching and calculations coupled with her knowledge in tax, retirement, and estate planning make her contributions to the firm vital.
She remains on top of her work, creating detailed and thorough plans, so don’t be surprised if you receive a phone call from Laura reminding you to book a time to get your financial plan updated with Harry!

Stefanie has been part of the Perler team since 2007, bringing along with her 13 years’ experience in customer service environments.
As first impressions are of great importance upon entering the office, Stefanie ensures the reception is run smoothly and efficiently. The welcoming environment of the firm is due to Stefanie’s warm disposition and genuine interest in our clients’ health and wellbeing. As such, don’t be surprised if Stefanie gets to know you by name, starts to memorize what you like in your coffee, and learns more about your interests when you come into our reception while waiting for your appointment.
Aside from being responsible of her domain of the reception area, Stefanie helps Harry prep his files and assists other team members with a variety of administrative tasks.

Lisa joined Perler Financial Group in early 2010 as a Processing Administrator, and has recently advanced her position as Operations Assistant.
Lisa’s education background is in Commerce and Business Administration; holding an Accounting Management Diploma and a General Business Diploma. She came to Perler Financial with 7 years’ experience working as a Customer Service Representative with a major financial institution and several years’ experience working in the accounting field.
As the Operations Assistant, Lisa oversees the Processing Department, and assists with administrative responsibilities related to the operations of Perler Financial. She has a very diligent work ethic, is extremely organized, pays attention to detail, and keeps a very pleasant demeanour. All of these skills combined makes her a valuable member of the Perler Financial team.

Jasmyne joins us with extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked with two of Canada’s leading Financial Institutions in the past. Her drive and aptitude to learn has led her into promoted roles resulting in an assistant management position with one of her previous banking employers.
Jasmyne is one of the newest members of our team, joining Perler Financial Group in the January 2015. As our primary Processing Administrator, Jasmyne is responsible for processing the trades within our firm, in addition to maintaining administrative tasks related to this role. Her precision to detail, conscientious attitude, and excellent integrity makes her a true asset to our team.

Taylor is the newest member of Harry’s team, joining him in September 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. Taylor joins Perler Financial with several years of experience in the hospitality industry, bringing forth a wealth of knowledge in client service. She understands the importance of excellence in service and looks forward to providing such service to Harry’s clientele.
Taylor has proven herself to be a fast learner, and continues to make strides in learning more about the financial industry. With a combination of Taylor’s past hospitality experience, her friendly demeanor, and driven work ethic, Taylor is an excellent asset to Harry’s team.
As our Administrative Assistant, Taylor is responsible for various administrative related duties and customer servicing. On a personal note, Taylor enjoys spending time with friends and family, and shopping.

Catherine joined the Perler Team in September of 2012. It has been an eventful first few years with Perler: getting married in 2013, becoming a licensed assistant, learning and working on processing trades, becoming Craig Perler’s Assistant and working closely with Anita Perler assisting with Perler Financial’s client appreciation events. With 20 years in administrative experience, she brings with her a set of skills such as detail, organization, problem-solving and efficiency.
New to the financial industry, since joining Perler Financial Group, Catherine has gained more understanding on the process of planning for future security. With this new understanding, Catherine looks forward to obtaining further knowledge and then educate her 2 daughter’s on responsibly planning for their independent future’s as well.
